Finding the dress you have always envisioned  or pined on your Pinterest board could be a bit challenging. Therefore, once you have booked your venue, you should start shopping around. Giving yourself enough time to browse around could reduce your chances of having to compromise on the dress and/or set budget.

Bring photos or pins for our reference.

Try to bring pumps. Also, try wearing under garments that will look right when trying on a white or ivory dress (i.e. strapless bra, shaping compressions, nude colors etc.) . If you already have your head piece please bring it with you. We can accommodate up to 2-4 people per party.

To be safe, you should order your dress 6-8 months before your big day. However, all designers have different sewing times, so it may vary based on designer. We can give you a better EDA (estimated date of arrival) once you have selected the dress. If your on crunch time, you can always expedite your order or you can buy a dress off the rack.

We carry sample sizes 2-26 in our showroom. However, we can always custom order larger or smaller sizes (additional charge(s) may apply).For orders with custom measurements we encourage you to verify measurements before placing order. Although, our wedding gowns are made to order, final alterations and/or touch ups may still be needed in some cases. These minor alterations may be done with tailor of your choice, at your own cost. Please note that wedding gowns that do not fit properly but fit your measurements or the specification that you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom Order Cancellation Policy:

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

Orders cancelled after 24 hour of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% product purchase price. Once your order has been submitted to manufacture for production, it can no longer be cancelled, product no longer eligible for refund or exchange.

Delivery:

For dress orders, please allow a timeframe between 12-24 weeks.

Just email us the dress model you liked along with any questions you may have, and we can send you additional photos, color options, sizing, pricing etc. We will then send you invoice and payment authorization form.
